When you trust Shoveltown Auto Service for your vehicle’s maintenance or repair, we also perform a courtesy inspection of safety & maintenance items in order to give you a comprehensive picture of your vehicle’s condition inside and out. This allows us to provide you with an in-depth report, called a Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI).
You will receive a text with a link to your vehicle’s DVI for your review at any point. Just simply click on the provided link and you’ll be able to see images and videos of the inspection’s findings, explanations of any underlying issues, and recommendations for what your vehicle could need next!
With your DVI, you’ll receive:
– A summary of your visit and concerns
– A health report of your vehicle, categorized by urgency
– Photos, videos, and clear explanations of our findings
– Repair recommendations based on our inspection
– A detailed tire inspection report
– Who serviced your vehicle
Any findings on your vehicle will be color-coded on the report based on the urgency of the issue, ranging from green items meaning no action is needed to red items meaning that the system is facing pressing issues and needs to be addressed as soon as possible.
